Easy and delicious banana bread with a hint of rum. Yummy!
Note: You can mix this by hand.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9×9 baking dish.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix well. Add 2 or 3 mashed bananas (depending on size) until well incorporated. Add self-rising flour and mix until well combined. Stir in rum and mix well. Add pecans.
Pour into the prepared 9×9 baking dish. Place in the preheated oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the top is lightly browned.
