A great dip for dipping veggies! Simple dip with yogurt, green onions and bacon.
Step 1: In a large frying pan, fry up the pound of bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat. Let cool.
Step 2: In a large mixing bow, mix together the yogurt, mayo, green onions, parsley, and garlic salt.
Step 3: Crush the bacon into smaller pieces and add to the dip. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best if made early in the day and eaten later on in the day.
Serve with raw vegetables like carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, celery, bell peppers and cucumbers.

I made this dip and my family went crazy for it! Along with the veggies I served it with toasted slices of french bread and they ate every last bit of it. I mean like, scraped the bowl clean. Fantastic recipe–I will make it again and again.
