Light, fluffy, buttery goodness. Really, what could be better?
Pour kernels in a large pot and top with oil. Rotate pot a few times to make sure the kernels are completely coated with the oil then place over medium-high heat.
Once the kernels begin to pop, pull the pot off the flames slightly and rotate in a circular motion. The popcorn is ready when there are a few seconds of lag in between each pop.
Add butter and salt, and enjoy!
