Peanut Butter Pie

Description
Delicious peanut butter pie! Everyone asks for the recipe after a picnic or bbq!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1-½ cup To 2 Cups Powdered Sugar, Divided
- ¼ cups Milk
- 1-½ cup To 2 Cups Peanut Butter, Divided
- 1 container Cool Whip
- 1 whole Pre-made Graham Cracker Crust
Preparation
Blend cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar, then add milk and peanut butter and blend until not chunky. Next fold in Cool Whip. Put in pie crust.
Then in a bowl add remaining ½ to 1 cup sugar and an equal amount of peanut butter to make crumbles for the top of the pie. Stir with a fork until it crumbles. If it doesn’t crumble, just add more sugar.

My twin daughters love to cook and this is a favorite. We add a cup of mini chocolate morsels and put it into an oreo crust though. I guess we make it a peanut butter chocolate pie. It is so good!
