I made these for Thanksgiving and I don’t make bread very often. I was really impressed! Easy to make and they were so darn good! My mother in law was impressed! In the end thats the only vote I need for my confidence!

Although these really aren’t anything like Logan’s, they do have a similar taste. Logan’s are almost hollow inside. I’d sure like to know how they do that! Also, I weighed mine, 1.9 ounce to 1.8 ounce. I only got 11? All in all, these are really good…however if you know how to get that hollowness inside, please advise! Thank you!

Made these this morning for Thanksgiving and they were great! I should have kneaded the dough a little longer, but they were really good. Will be using this recipe from now on. Thank you!

This didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped — I don’t think the honey butter was needed; it kind of deflated a bit when I was trying to brush it with the honey and lost it’s nice shape. Texture could have been softer also.

I’ve made them several times and they are fantastic! The rolls are small-medium size and I’ve made them as pull aparts and as individual rolls. I like a sweeter roll and used 1/3 c. sugar as the recipe indicates.

The first time I made these rolls it was not good, but then again I’m not a baker. I have since made them twice and each time they are so much better. I did everything by hand, no mixer. My husband has grown up on his mom’s homemade rolls which where awesome. Now he likes mine and coming from him who does bake, that’s try a compliment.
Things I did –
I shifted my floor, used in refrigerated flour (I don’t use flour slot so I kept it in the fridge) and made sure everything was room temperature and the yeast and the dough rise longer then the instructions said.

I was so excited when I saw this post because I mis-read it as “Like Logan’s Lofthouse Dinner Rolls”. I live in Logan, UT and there was a hometown restaurant called Lofthouse and they made the most amazing rolls, but sadly they went out of business about 15 years ago and I’ve never been able to find the recipe. I still want to try these, they look delicious.
