A Greek spin on guacamole.
In a large bowl, mash avocados.
In a food processor, pulse tomatillos until almost pureed. Add puree to the avocados. Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, olives, and Greek yogurt to the processor. Pulse until combined and nearly smooth. Add this mixture to the avocado bowl. Stir to combine. Add seasonings and adjust to taste.
