This crisp is an easy and elegant dish to serve for breakfast or dessert.
1. Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease a 13×9 inch baking dish. Add berries.
2. Into the bowl of a food processor add flour, oats, sugar, butter and cinnamon (see note). Process till crumbly.
3. Dump the crumb mixture on top of the berries.
4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
* Note: I like to use organic spelt flour, organic oats, organic brown sugar, organic butter and organic cinnamon.
Serve with a big dollop of whipped cream to take the edge off of the tartness.

I think there may be a misprint in the recipe I used the suggested 1/2 stick of margarine and the topping was very, very dry. I have a feeling that should read 1 stick. Additionally, this is very very tart and would suggest either more sugar or doing less cranberry than blueberry.
