Description

Super easy and delicious, you won’t ever have to buy this from that certain restaurant again.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1 can 20 Oz Crushed Pineapples With Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • ¾ cups Mayonnaise
  • ½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Preparation

Dissolve your sugar with the pineapple. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour to get everything to blend.

This salad can be refrigerated for up to 72 hours. Serves about 8.

This looks soooooo good! I was actually thinking, I’ll bet pineapple would be great in a carrot-raisin salad. And here it is! I think I may use golden raisins.
