This fudge is so yummy with chocolate and marshmallows. So easy to make. Yum! Yum! Yum!
Combine sugar, milk, butter and salt in a large sauce pan. Bring to a full rolling boil and let boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into an 8×8 dish lined with waxed paper or foil and buttered. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1- or 2-inch squares.

Sorry, I now see that it’s obvious the marshmallows do melt. The picture must not of been up when I saw the recipe yesterday. The fudge looks so smooth and creamy, just the way fudge should be. : )
