This is a favorite that my mother-in-law used to make. It’s light, and the chocolate makes a nice combination.
Melt the butter. Mix the flour, butter and pecans together. Press in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let it cool.
Mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Once this is mixed, fold in 1/2 tub of whipped cream. Spead this on top of the cooled crust.
Beat the puddings and the cold milk until thickened. Layer this over the cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining whipped cream. Garnish with a few chopped pecans.
