So easy, so delicious. The perfect autumn treat!
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, combine the cranberries, apples, and orange juice, and set aside. In another small bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and orange zest. Stir the sugar mixture into the fruit, coating well, then pour into a deep baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
For the crisp topping, combine the oats, flour, brown sugar, and butter in a small bowl. Spread the topping mixture evenly over the fruit. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. After baking, allow the crisp to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
