Description

I love artichokes. I love cheese. I love, love, love hot and spicy. It had all three! I was smitten at first dip! I love this recipe most of all because it’s so easy – it’s made in the crock pot! Artichoke dip can be dangerously easy in my opinion. If something tastes that good, and is that easy to make – be prepared to get it out of your house, before you eat it!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Artichokes, Quartered
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Jalapeno Jack Cheese
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Hatch Green Chiles
  • Hot Sauce, Optional

Preparation

Chop the artichokes. Place them and all of the remaining ingredients in a crock pot (add hot sauce to taste) and stir to combine. Turn crock pot on low for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with Triscuits or cubed sourdough bread.
