Avocado-Pineapple Smoothie. The perfect breakfast or lunch for your or the kiddos.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Start with less of each ingredient and increase as needed until the desired consistency and taste is reached.

My husband lived in Brazil and picked up the habit of adding avacados to smoothies, it is really pretty good and fairly healthy. I like to take it a step farther and add some spinach for extra nutrients…the smoothie is already green and you can’t taste the difference.
