Creamy Blue Daiquiri

Description
So much fun! Who wouldn’t like a blue drink (especially since it’s so lip-smacking good!)?
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Rum
- 1 ounce, fluid Cointreau
- 1 ounce, fluid Lime Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- ½ ounces, fluid Blue Curacao
- 2 ounces, weight Vanilla Ice Cream
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker or blender until the ice cream is thoroughly incorporated. Pour into cocktail glasses and put in the freezer for about an an hour. The alcohol will never freeze but the top and sides of the drink will. When you remove the glasses from the freezer, mix lightly with a spoon and serve immediately.

That would look SO COOL with a few whipped cream “white cap” waves and a gummy shark on top of it! I can’t wait to try it.
