The 5-minutes-to-put-together dessert that leaves everyone wanting one more spoonful. Great pumpkin dish for a crowd, too.
1. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
2. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
3. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture. Do not worry about breaking up large clumps. Top with nuts and drizzle butter over top
4. Bake covered for 50-55 minutes at 350ºF till it is golden brown.
5. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
