Baked pears with caramel sauce—does it get any better? It does if you add granola! I love the crunchiness that the granola added. If you are a lover of fall like me, try these baked pears!
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Slice each pear in half and remove the core. Place the pears cut side up on a baking sheet. Mix the remaining ingredients (except the caramel sauce) together in a bowl. Fill each pear with the granola mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven. Heat the caramel sauce in the microwave and drizzle with the fleur de sel caramel sauce.
