Description

Peanut butter blondies stuffed with chocolate cream-filled cookies and chocolate covered peanut butter-filled pretzels

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Natural Creamy Peanut Butter (stirred Very Well)
  • ⅓ cups Canola Oil
  • 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
  • ¼ cups Plus 2 Tablespoons Of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Unbleached All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¾ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 9 Chocolate Cream-filled Chocolate Cookies (like Newman O's)
  • 2 cups Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels
  • ¼ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

Preparation

Heat oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8 pan.

In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, oil, and sugar on medium for 2 minutes. Next, mix in the first amount of milk and the vanilla. Add in the flour, salt and baking powder and mix until incorporated.

Spread 1/2 of the mixture in the pan. Top with the 9 Oreos (I laid mine in a 3×3 pattern) and sprinkle with pretzels.

Mix the remaining 1/4 cup of milk into the remaining half of the batter. Pour the batter evenly over the top of the pretzels.

Bake for 25 minutes.
