A quick and creamy dessert.
Rinse fresh strawberries in a colander. Pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside 3 whole strawberries, removing tops and bottom ends. Set them aside.
Cut out the top core and bottom ends of remaining strawberries. Cut them into 1/2″ cubes. Set aside.
In a small tapered mixing bowl, add whipping cream and sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff. Into 3 serving glasses, layer strawberries, then whipped cream, then strawberries, then whipped cream. Top with the whole strawberries.
Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
