Description

These little things are awesome. They are very easy and not as greasy as the fried ones. Kids love them too if your jalapenos aren’t too fiery hot. A great way to use up all those jalapenos out of the garden.

Ingredients

  • 20 whole Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ⅓ cups Real Bacon Bits
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder

Preparation

WEAR RUBBER GLOVES BEFORE WORKING WITH JALAPENOS.

Cut peppers in half and remove seeds. Combine cheeses, bacon, and spices and spoon into pepper halves. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300F for 35 minutes.
