Perfect for cake and cookie decoration!
Note: You can add up to 1 cup milk to reach desired consistency.
Cream shortening and vanilla in a mixer for 2-4 minutes. Add in powdered sugar, one cup at a time. If you find your mixer struggling, slowly add in milk. Use more milk for a creamy consistency, use less milk for a stiff consistency.

This isn’t buttercream – there’s no butter! Sounds like a decent frosting recipe but it’s very misleading to call it buttercream.
