I kept doing a double take to see if I REALLY was supposed to add an entire 1 1/2 cups of vegetable oil. I wished that I’d trusted my gut and NOT added that much oil. All I taste is the oil:-( If I make these again, I’ll substitute some of the oil with yogurt or applesauce, like others did.

These were delicious! I made them for my hubby, as he LOVES Nutella. They were a huge hit!

Excellent muffins, I substituted out much of the oil and used yogurt instead, and the only thing I would’ve liked better is more nutella, less pumpkin ;).

I substituted apple sauce for oil, and 1 cup whole wheat flour for white. The muffins turned out fairly well, but I should have reduced the amount of batter I put in the first layer because once I added the nutella there was very little room for a top layer of batter. If I make these again I will adjust the amount in each muffin cup. Not my favourite muffin recipe, I found them to be too rich in the filling but I might try again with less filling.
