One of my favourite summer time drinks is a frozen cappuccino. Cold, creamy, and just a bit of caffeine to help me plow through the morning mess that usually greets me before I’m settled into my desk every morning.
1. Put ice cubes in a Magic Bullet (or blender).
2. Add instant coffee.
3. Add skim milk, creamer and sweetener.
4. Cover and mix it up baby!
Blend until all ice is blended and reaches desired consistency.
