Description
A green smoothie full of fruit and spinach – that actually tastes good! All the kids will drink this and not even know there is spinach in it. It’s also great for Halloween as a “monster drink”.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Vanilla Yogurt (or Plain Yogurt With 1/2 Teaspoon Of Vanilla Extract)
- 1 cup Green Grapes
- ½ whole Granny Smith Apple, Peeled And Cored And Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed (optional)
- ½ whole Banana, Chopped
- 1-½ cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
Preparation
Blend together all of the ingredients in your blender. Once smooth, add 6-8 ice cubes and blend until smooth.
