Yummy, nutty, healthy bars that fill you up without leaving you feeling guilty.
In a large, microwave safe bowl mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla and microwave for about 1 minute or until melted together. Add to this the remaining ingredients and mix together. Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. Cool completely before cutting and enjoy!
