A super quick and easy spiced banana bread that is really versatile!
Combine dry ingredients (minus the sugar) in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, peel bananas and beat with wet ingredients and sugar to make a smooth banana cream.
Fold in flour and dried cranberries.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and gently tap on counter to remove any bubbles.
Place on center rack of stove and bake at 350F for an hour and 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
