I love hummus! I have tried so many recipes for hummus but didn’t enjoy any of them as much as I enjoy this one. The great thing about this recipe is that it’s ready in only 10 minutes!
Add the chickpeas, minced garlic cloves and salt to your food processor. Puree until you get a smooth consistency and add water, if necessary.
Pour the sesame oil in a skillet and add the sesame seeds. Cover the skillet with a lid and fry for less than 30 seconds until the seeds are golden brown (sesame seeds can burn really fast so be careful).
Add the sesame seeds and sesame oil over the chickpea paste in the food processor and blend well.
