This is a non-fat, cold, creamy, lemony summer dessert … that is guilt-free! No cooking required.
Stir together the half-and-half and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Stir in lemon juice and zest. Pour into a shallow 9″ x 13″ pan. Cover the pan tightly. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
Cut the frozen mixture into squares or scoop it out of the pan. Serve with berries if desired.
