A bubbly and delicious spritzer, perfect as a drink alongside any Asian dish!
In a small plastic sandwich bag, add the sugar, topping with 1 drop of pink food dye. Close the bag and shake until sugar becomes uniformly colored. On a small plate, pour out sugar.
Wipe the rims of two martini glasses with a dampened paper towel and dip into the sugar to coat the rims. Set aside.
In a martini shaker, combine all liquid ingredients and the ice. Pour into the sugar-rimmed glasses, and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
