Nutty, chocolate-y raw fudge that everyone will love! (Cook time is freezer time!)
Scoop roasted almond butter into bowl. Pour in honey (or guava syrup) and stir until combined.
Add in the cocoa powder and stir until well blended. Stir in vanilla and salt.
Spread into cake pan or pie plate so that the mixture is less than an inch thick. Place in freezer for 24 hours until hard.
Serve in small pieces and re-freeze, as this will soften if left out.

This is yummy. I think it should be called almond fudge. I didn’t bother putting it in the freezer (just stuck it in the fridge) and I put mine in a foil lined 8×8 pan. I love almond butter and I had extra lying around that needed to be used up quickly, so I tried this.
