You won’t believe the only ingredient in this is a banana!
Peel and slice a banana, place chunks on a baking sheet in a single layer and freeze several hours or overnight. When ready to enjoy “ice cream,” place frozen chunks in a food processor (it won’t work in a blender) and let it whirl around until it forms a ball. Voila—banana ice cream! It’s very creamy just like ice cream. Top with a little honey or chocolate syrup if you like!
