Combine yogurt, sugar, water, cardamom and rosewater in a blender and blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and blend 1 minute.
Serve chilled.

I know that I have seen rose water at Whole Foods, as well as local health food stores. If your supermarket has an Asian cooking section, you might find it there as well.
