A sweet, custard-y pie celebrating the deliciousness of honey!
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, heat honey, butter, and 1 teaspoon flour. Once melted, remove from heat and allow it to begin cooling.
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, second teaspoon of flour, and spices. Slowly whisk cooled honey mixture into the egg mixture. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake until middle is set, about 45 minutes to an hour.

I hope you enjoy it! Jack Daniels came out with a honey liqueur that I am thinking about adding to this. I will post the recipe for that as soon as I make it
