Make your own infused vodkas – no artificial flavors in these drinks!
Prepare jar, by washing and drying throughly.
Slice basil thinly and put into the 8 ounce canning jar.
Pour vodka over the top until you are 1/3 inch from the top.
Seal the jar with canning lid and ring tightening securely. Store for one week in a fridge, gently shaking once a day.
Serve over ice or as part of a cocktail – such as Garden Lover’s Spritzer.
