Easy cheesecake recipe for when you need a dessert quick but only have a few ingredients! (Cook time includes fridge cooling time!)
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well-blended. Blend in the two eggs.
2. Pour into crust.
3. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set.
4. Cool.
5. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight, makes 8 servings.
You can add 1/2 cup of your favorite baking chips to add some pizazz to your cheesecake.
When it is time to serve the cheesecake, we spoon on some cherry pie filling.

Maybe I should try this. I have never made a cheesecake before. I don”t own a springform pan and was just always scared to try. Thanx
