This dessert makes a perfect end to any spring meal!
1. Mix sugar and berries and allow them to sit and macerate for about an hour.
2. After an hour, add 1/4 cup whipped cream and balsamic vinegar to the berries.
3. Cook puff pastry shells whole and according to package directions.
4. Fill each pastry with a spoonful of the berry mixture, then place a dollop of whipped cream on top, top it with the pastry “lid” and put a little extra juice on the side.
