A tasty side dish that’s rich, gooey, and quick to toss together.
1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them very finely.
2. Toss the mushrooms with the olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them out in a pie plate in a single layer.
3. Broil for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the pie plate and sprinkle the cheese and oregano on top.
5. Broil for another 1–2 minutes, and serve!
