These are awesome! I only used the 1 banana and mine were moist and delicious! Yum yum! I made them for company, and they took them home – I’ll definitely be making these again. Thanks!

I really liked these! I am working on one right as we speak. I went ahead and used two ripe bananas and that was a good choice. I also added semi-sweet chocolate chips on top of a few. I really like the balance of this muffin. Thank you missinthekitchen!

Oh my…I just finished eating my first, sooooo yummy! I can’t wait for my kiddies to try them. I added an extra banana, and they weren’t dry at all. Next time, I’ll definitely double the recipe. Thanks so much for sharing!

Easy to make as I had all the ingredients on hand. Dense muffin, but seems a bit on the dry side. Not sure if there’s enough moisture in the recipe to make up for the 2 cups of flour. My children are enjoying them, so this is a keeper recipe for me!

I made these today as I had a small bit of Nutella left and some very ripe bananas. I didn’t have buttermilk, so I used sour cream. The batter seemed very thick when I finished mixing it – I actually had to add a little milk to be able to stir it around. They baked up beautifully and my children love them. IMHO, I think they’d be great with some chocolate chips! They’re very dense muffins too, which I enjoy. Thanks for the recipe!
