If chai tea doesn’t make your skirt fly up, what does? A milky, spiced and warm beverage that makes life good!
Bring the water, tea, sugar and spices to a boil. Depending on your preference and desired tea strength, determine the time for which you boil the tea. I prefer to boil the tea about 5–10 minutes.
Add milk and boil for another 5 minutes. Strain and serve hot.

Mmm. I love masala chai! i use my mom’s recipe which is slightly different, but the idea of chai just makes me feel all warm! Thanks for sharing

oh..the original Indian way to make tea…it feels good just to see it!
