Creamy, refreshing and healthy!
In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, sour cream, spinach, dill, sugar, and pepper. Grate garlic and cucumber into the mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with crudités, crackers, or baguettes.
