A simple dessert of creamy peanut butter and chocolate goodness!
1. Mix together powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter and melted butter. Stir well. Press into a 9×13 inch pan.
2. Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe container. Cook for 2–3 minutes, checking and stirring every minute until melted. Pour in oil and stir till smooth.
3. Pour chocolate on top of graham cracker mix. Spread evenly. Put in the refrigerator until completely set. Check after 15 minutes and cut evenly before completely cooled. This will prevent the chocolate from breaking apart.
