A delicious, creamy fudge for pistachio lovers!
Line a 9-inch square pan with foil. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in milk, sugar, and pudding mix. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Continue boiling while whisking for 4 minutes, until mixture reaches 234 degrees, or soft-ball stage. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, baking chips, marshmallow creme and nuts. The mixture will be thick. Pour into the foil-lined pan and cool.
