Description

A delicious treat that the whole family will love! Great for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ pound Block American Cheese
  • ½ pounds Kraft Easy Melts American Cheese
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Whole Kernel Corn (not Drained)
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Can) Cream Style Corn (not Drained)
  • 2 cups Raw Macaroni
  • 2 sticks Salted Butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Cube the block of American cheese and tab the butter (cut the sticks in half, or 1/4-cup portions). Place half of the butter in the bottom of the pan, then add all of the macaroni. Next, place about half of the cubed cheese on top of the macaroni. Then pour all 4 cans of corn on top. Place the remaining tabs of butter and cubes of cheese on top. Cover with foil and place in the oven for 45 minutes. Take it out of the oven and stir in the package of Kraft Easy Melts cheese. Place it back in the oven for 15 minutes, uncovered.

Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Enjoy and be prepared to hand out the recipe!

How can something so wrong taste so good?!? I made this for a funeral dinner yesterday and judging by the rate at which it outdid the potato casserole (for every scoop of potatoes gone, there were 3 scoops of macaroni corn gone!) I’d say it was a hit. I had to clean out the corners and lick the spoon to even get a taste but the little bit I had was delicious. I will definitely be adding this to my “comfort foods” rotation. Thank you!
