Amazing Brussels sprouts with olive oil and seasoned breadcrumbs. I can’t believe I’m even calling Brussels sprouts amazing. Up until a few months ago you would never get me near one of these!
Add Brussels sprouts, black pepper, garlic salt and half of the olive oil into a skillet. Cook over a low heat allowing the Brussels sprouts to brown on each side before flipping them. After about 10 minutes add the remaining olive oil and seasoned breadcrumbs. Cook for another 10 minutes, flipping occasionally. The edges should be browned when done. Remove from heat and serve!
