Description

This is such a flavorful easy side dish, and it’s great with a pork main course!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Granny Smith Apples (peeld, Cored And Diced)
  • 2 whole White Onions, Diced
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ cups Apple Juice
  • ½ sticks Sweet Cream Butter, Melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a mixing bowl add diced apples, diced onions, cinnamon, black pepper and apple juice and mix together.

Add melted butter into a 10″ cast iron skillet and pour mixing bowl ingredients on top. Smooth them out with an off set spatula. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
