Description

A simply easy way too cook Swiss chard. Step-by-step pictures can be found in the related blog post.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Or Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt (or To Taste)
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste

Preparation

Add olive oil to a large saute pan and heat over medium heat until hot. Add Swiss chard and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper, toss well. Taste and adjust salt, pepper and vinegar as needed.
