Description

Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside, serve these potatoes for company, or just when you want a little something special for Sunday dinner.

Ingredients

  • 6 whole Potatoes (medium Russet)
  • 4 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Paprika
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Mustard
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cut potatoes into 1″ cubes (leave the peel on) and boil in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Put potatoes into a 9″ pie pan and drizzle with melted butter. Mix Parmesan, flour and spices and sprinkle over potatoes. Toss well to coat. Bake for 30–45 minutes or until golden brown and crusty.

Very good! I’m always looking for new ways to cook potatoes and this one was great – very flavorful!

I used fingerling potatoes and just cut them in 1 inch thick slices or left them if they were already small.

These were great; a nice change from plain ol’ potatoes! I only had smoked paprika so that was my one substitute but still wonderful!
