Description

This broccoli might not be beautiful but it sure is delicious. The balsamic vinegar caramelizes the broccoli and takes away the vibrant green color but it taste so good. My kids love when I make broccoli this way. Super simple and fast side dish. You could also make this a vegan dish by omitting the cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • ¼ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ cups Balsamic Vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt And Pepper
  • ¼ cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 F. Place broccoli on a large rimmed sheet pan. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the broccoli. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Place on top rack of oven and roast for 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle the Parmesan over the broccoli.
