Description

This is some of the most flavorful corn I have ever tasted! Since I made 6 ears of corn, I just eye-balled the ingredients and added more than the recipe calls for. I cooked the corn on the stove in boiling water. Delicious! A keeper for sure! This recipe came from Nickie a friend of mine!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cups Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • ¼ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Italian Dressing Seasoning Packet Mix
  • 4 ears Corn, Husks Removed

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.

Cook corn in microwave on high for 5 minutes; or in a pot of boiling water on the stove for 10 minutes; or you can grill over medium flame until the corn reaches your desired temperature.

Immediately after corn is done, spread butter mixture over each ear.

Serve.
