Description

A simple, healthy side dish made of Brussels sprouts coated in a balsamic glaze and roasted to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Glaze, I Used Trader Joe's
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts, Cut In Half, Yellow Leaves Removed
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper, Ground

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, garlic and balsamic glaze and pour over Brussels sprouts. Mix until all the sprouts are covered (I used my hands to do this part). Season with salt and pepper.

Place on baking sheet and roast for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, and cook until sprouts are fork tender.

Great recipe! I tried to use balsamic vinegar instead of the glaze and the flavor was understated and not as strong as desired. Definitely using the glaze next time!
