Description

Grill up these mushrooms for an easy and delicious side dish … with a kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Cremini Mushrooms, Cleaned And Sliced
  • ½ cups Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Chili Garlic Sauce (this Can Get Pretty Spicy, So Feel Free To Use Less)
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Pepper
  • Balsamic Vinegar, Enough To Drizzle Over The Mushrooms

Preparation

In a large zip top bag, marinate mushrooms in olive oil, chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Heat grill to medium high heat.

I make a tin foil plate for the mushrooms (or you can use one of those veggie trays they make for the grill). Place mushrooms on the foil and place on pre-heated grill. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and cover the grill. Cook for about 15 to 18 minutes, stirring around a couple of times.

Remove from grill and enjoy!
